COSine 2022: Notes as follows…
Eli – bought cables and mixers to replace old audio-visual equipment.
Arlen – registration info (191 people registered vs. 205 people registered), more money collected this year because more adult weekends sold, not as many artists, 2 more dealer tables sold, some cancellations (mostly Covid related), schedule still shifting somewhat.
Went over changes with hotel and catered food. Logistics such as set up, etc., will be on us this year due to what the hotel can provide. Author Reception (basket) is progressing. So is the Raffle. Registration is now working (fingers crossed). Arlen – door lists.
Programming: Schedule is done for the moment. There have been cancellations and various additions. (Distributed a program schedule to the members present). Signs for the doors for each room…which will change each day. Program book is almost finished, question about the back cover. Maps will be present.
Will there be a COSine 2023? Investigation continues; possibly form an exploratory committee.
Old Business: – NTR. Westercon – could not find a hotel. Looking at Pueblo as a possible location?
New Business: – No new business at this time.
Announcements: – Eli was in an accident and is doing alright.
